No special skills needed. Just heart.
When it comes to doing good, everyone can do it. Giving back can be as simple as picking up plastic at the beach or as involved as restoring a wetland. Every action makes a difference, and what if each of us made our corner of the world a little better? That’s what The KEEN Corps is all about. Not a member? Join us!

Picking up some trash
At KEEN, we like to do clean-ups together. Every Earth Day, we take time as a company to give back, and there’s nothing better than conservation-induced camaraderie. It’s been a little harder during the pandemic, but collecting litter on hikes and walks in the neighborhood is something we can all do.

Sharing food
Every full-timer at KEEN gets 40 hours of paid service leave each year to give back to causes they care about. And when we’re paid to get our hands dirty to help grow food for the community, that makes us really happy.

Planting trees
Rooting new trees into the Earth feels extra special for us in the Pacific Northwest, where wildfire season seems to be getting earlier and longer every year. From the Oregon desert to the Columbia Gorge, we’re there with shovels, saplings, and smiles.
